Legal age: You have to be 18 years or older to purchase wine from our website. The delivery note must be signed by a person 18 years and older.
Privacy: We shall take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Privacy Policy and Cookies.
Vintage: We will inform you of any vintage changes from our suppliers, before shipment of your order, if applicable.
Delivery: Our delivery fees are calculated based on the region that you wish to have your wine delivered. Read our delivery policy here.
Cases vs Bottles: Wines and craft spirits are sold per bottle or per case. 1 Case = 6 Bottles of wine. Although you can select single bottles, we recommend that you create a mixed case of 6 bottles. This is to ensure your box is packed correctly and it arrives in good order. We recommend ordering per case as most of our wines are already conveniently packed in boxes of 6, and you won’t regret stocking up. That’s our promise to you.
Labelled / Unlabelled: All wines are labelled as per government regulations, even our “unlabelled” wines. These bottles will arrive with a generic marked label confirming the wine varietal, vintage and other legal requirements.
Banking details: This will be displayed on our invoices, which we will email to you before delivery.
Refund Policy: All items for sale on our website have a money back, no nonsense guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, please contact us.
