We prefer EFT and are working on other options in future. 

Option 1: Order online and pay via EFT.

  • Create a ValueVino account (Top right corner – Account).
  • Log in and build your basket by adding wines and adjusting quantities.
  • When you are happy with your wine selection, go to Checkout.
  • The store will guide you through the steps of adding your delivery details etc. Option to pay securely via EFT.
  • Select to pay via EFT. We will send you a detailed invoice with banking details for payment.
  • You need to make payment before we schedule delivery. Please use your order number as payment reference.

Option 2: Download our Order Form and pay via EFT.

  • From our information footer on our website you will find the button for our “Order Form”.
  • Download the “Order Form” and complete it with as much detail as possible: quantities, delivery address, contact details. 
  • We suggest that you first send us the completed form to check availability before making payment.
  • We will send you the final invoice for EFT payment. (Including delivery fee.)

Option 3: Contact us to discuss your wine preference.

  • WhatsApp or call the wine boss on: +27 82 379 9333 to chat about your wine preference.
  • We will email you an invoice after the chat.
  • Pay via EFT, as per Option 2 above. 

On the homepage, top right, you will find My Account. Click on My Account. You will then see a block called “Register”. Fill in your email address and click on “Register”. You will then be directed to the Account Overview page. Click on “Addresses” to load a Billing and/or Shipping Address. Please make sure we have the correct suburb and postal code as our driver uses this information to deliver your vino. Click on “Account Details” to fill in your personal information. You can now head over to the shop and start adding items to your basket. Once you are happy with your selection you can view your shopping cart. You can still up or down quantities, remove items from the basket or move items to your wishlist for future purchase. When ready and all good – head over to Proceed To Checkout. Select to pay via EFT.

Note: When you log in to your account at any later stage, the system will have all your details saved and you can view your previous orders, re-order, change details, add items to your wishlist, and rate and review wines.

Firstly, it only takes a few moments to set up. The system will guide you. Complete all the fields; we only need your basic information. Once your information is complete, the system remembers all the detail, which makes future shopping super easy. Once you’re done, go and fill your glass and tell someone how easy it is to shop quality wines with ValueVino.

Our great wines are available for purchase as single bottles or in cases. 1 Case = 6 Bottles of wine. You are welcome to order wine per bottle, but we recommend instead ordering a case of the same wine (6 bottles), as our promise to you is that you won’t regret stocking up. It also makes our delivery process easier as our wines are currently packaged in boxes of 6 bottles. Neat and easy. But…

As mentioned above, you can order per bottle, but we do recommend that you place an order for a minimum of 6 bottles of wine. We will then create a mixed case for you with your selection.

Per bottle or per case – great wines and other exciting items are on their way to you – guaranteed.

If you reside within the Western Cape Region, you are likely to receive your vino within 2-3 days. For regions outside the Western Cape, we make use of a trusted courier partner, and you can expect delivery within 5-7 working days. Please be patient as we prepare your great purchase with us, and know that we are doing our utmost to ensure you receive your valuable parcel in good order.
